St. Lawrence Martyr's high school confirmation program is for teens in 9th-11th grade who are been baptized & have received First Holy Communion in the Roman Catholic Church.
(If your teen has not been baptized or received First Communion, contact us directly at [email protected]).
This is a two-year process where teens meet twice a month to learn about our faith and what it means to follow a call to discipleship while preparing to receive the sacrament of confirmation.
We believe it is crucial for every teen to develop a personal relationship with Jesus as they navigate the highs and lows of high school.Throughout our sessions, we discuss what it means to follow our call as Catholic Christians by serving our community and loving one another as Jesus did.

Year 2 Confirmation Saint Project
This project must be submitted on or before Sunday, February 1, 2026.
Y1 Sponsor Verification Form
This form must be submitted on or before Sunday, December 7,2025. If your sponsor is a registered SLM parishioner, they must be registered in our parish database. They must still receive approval by Msgr. Paul when submitting the sponsor form.
Y1 Sponsor Reflection Form
This reflection must be submitted on or before Sunday, December 7, 2025. It should accompany the Year 1 Sponsor Verification Form required from the Sponsor's Parish.
Y1 Release Forms Y2 Release Forms
Release forms are needed no later than November 1st, 2025.

Service Reflection Sheet Service Log Form
Teens must submit both the Service Reflection Sheet and the Service Log Form by Tuesday April 14, 2026 for Year 2 and Tuesday, April 21, 2026 for Year 1 . A completed Reflection Sheet and Log Form are required for each act of service. Teens may submit early but all hours must be turned in by this date.

Y1 & Y2 Confirmation Registration
Registration/retreat fees covers cover cost of materials, resources, facilities, & anything else that may come up during the year. Payment portal is located within registration forms.
