- SLM Facility Use Policy and Procedures
- Over the last few years, SLM has been working on organizing its meeting rooms and supplies. As part of this initiative, we are pleased to present our SLM Facility Use Policy and Procedures document.
  
  We are blessed to have over 60 active ministries and organizations here at SLM with many meetings and events occurring daily. Formal processes and procedures are needed to manage all the moving pieces and we need everyone’s support to be successful.
  
  Our overall goals are to:
  
  Formalize our processes around facility scheduling and the use of our facilities.
  
  Keep SLM’s facilities clean and in good working order.
  
  Have our ministries and organizations share in the responsibility for the upkeep of our facilities.
  
  Reduce the unauthorized use and/or misuse of our equipment and supplies.
  
  Please take some time to review the SLM Facility Use Policy and Procedures document and familiarize yourself with it. For this to be a success, we need everyone to follow the procedures, including completing all forms as required.
  
  To help with this new process, each ministry and organization has been assigned an SLM Staff Member representative (see SLM Staff Member Contact List below). They are the point of contact for your group's meetings and events on campus.

- Facility Scheduling
  
  Parish liturgical and sacramental events are priority and are scheduled first. SLM School events for the coming year are finalized by June.
  
  Parish ministries and organizations may begin requesting facilities in July, after liturgical and sacramental events have been scheduled. Regardless, facilities may not be reserved more than one (1) year in advance.
  
  Facilities are reserved on a first come, first served basis. User acknowledges that changes may be necessary due to an unforeseen Parish liturgical and/or sacramental event.

  Sign and return the Acknowledgement to your SLM Staff Member representative
  
  Complete the Facility Reservation Request Form
