    Madonna Festival
    • We are delighted to invite our parish family to take part in a truly beautiful and prayerful event - our upcoming Madonna Festival!

      Exhibition Hours:

      Saturday, May 23, 2026     2:00 pm – 7:00 pm

      Sunday, May 24, 2026        8:00 am – 4:00 pm

A Joyful Celebration of Our Blessed Mother

For one special weekend, our Parish Hall will be transformed into a sacred gallery of Marian devotion, showcasing statues and icons of the Blessed Virgin Mary from the homes and hearts of our parishioners.

This unique display will reflect the many ways Our Lady is honored across cultures, traditions, and generations. From beloved family heirlooms to cherished devotional images, each statue tells a story of faith.

Though there is one Blessed Virgin Mary, she is known and loved under many titles.

Our festival will feature five devotional themes:

      • Marian Apparitions
      • Mother and Child
      • Mary as Queen and Heavenly Mother
      • Sorrowful Mary
      • Cultural Madonnas of the World

This will be a powerful visual reminder that Mary accompanies the Church everywhere - across continents, languages, and centuries.

If you have a Marion statue or icon that you would like displayed, please visit the How to Participate tab to learn more.

We hope you will make time to visit this unique exhibition.
    How to Participate
    • How to Participate

We warmly invite parishioners to share a statue or icon for this special display!

Step 1: Submit an Initial Interest Form

To participate, please complete this Initial Interest Form. This helps us:
      • Gather contact information
      • Learn about your sacred item
      • Place it in the appropriate devotional category
      • Plan display space
      • Receive a required photo for identification and layout planning

Because display space is limited, participation will be confirmed in the order completed submissions are received. To allow for a rich variety of representations, duplicate sacred items of the same title may not be accepted - so early submission is encouraged!
Submission Deadline: Friday, May 1, 2026

Step 2: Complete the Loan Agreement

Once your participation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a Loan Agreement and Release of Liability prior to the festival. This agreement:
      • Documents the condition of your sacred item
      • Outlines the loan period
      • Clarifies care and insurance responsibilities

We recognize that these sacred items are often deeply personal and spiritually meaningful. This process helps ensure reverent stewardship and a smooth return following the event.

Step 3: Drop off your Sacred Item

Approved participants will bring their sacred item to the Parish Office during the designated drop-off window listed below.

      Date:     Friday, May 22, 2026
      Time:     9:00 am – 3:00 pm
      Place:    Parish Office

During drop-off, St. Lawrence Martyr will:
      • Complete the Loan Agreement
      • Document the condition of the sacred item
      • Assign an identification number
      • Provide you with a matching claim receipt

For the safety, security, and proper coordination of all sacred items, drop-off must take place only during the scheduled time. We are unable to accommodate alternative arrangements.

Step 4: Pick up your Sacred Item

All sacred items must be retrieved during the designated pick-up window immediately following the festival. Please bring your matching claim receipt for verification.

      Date:     Sunday, May 24, 2026
      Time:     4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
      Place:    Parish Hall

For security and inventory accuracy, pick-up is limited to the scheduled time listed above. No exceptions can be made.
